Exchange & Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with the product due to product faulty or damage, you may return it within seven 7 working days upon received. The product(s) must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with the tag/label still attached and in the original packaging.

Note that we do not accept exchange and return based on “I do not like the design” and “wrong sizing”.

Any products returned must abide the terms mentioned above. Returns due to creases from shipping will not be accepted as well. Should the product be returned in unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return and the product will be sent back to you.

All discount/sale items are final and cannot be returned. Please refer to the measurement guide to ensure the garment you are purchasing is the correct fit for you.

All shipping cost will be borne by the customer and the return items will be under the customer’s liability until it reaches our office.

1. How do I return a product?

You may return the product within seven (7) working days after receiving the parcel and make sure the product abides the exchange & return policy terms. Kindly fill in the online return form before returning the product.

3. Delivery charges.

For any exchange request, RM10 flat rate will be charge for both return and new delivery.

For returns, RM6 will be charge upon total amount refunded.

4. How do I know my returned item has been received?

We will notify you as soon as we receive your returning parcel and process your return request accordingly.

5. How long will my return/refund be processed?

All return/refund request will be processed within fourteen(14) working days (for local customers) or twenty one(21) working days (for international customers) upon receiving the parcel.

6. Will my reward points be refunded as well?

We regret to inform you that reward points used will not be refunded as it has been utilized for your prior purchase.

7. I received incorrect refund or replacement item, what should I do?
